PDCN is inviting people with disability, service providers and other interested members of the community to join us for a free event to consider ways of working together, sharing ideas to create social inclusion, discuss the transition to the NDIS, and to provide an opportunity to gather in a space you may not otherwise visit.
Food will be provided and Iron Bob (local Rock ‘n’ Roll Band) will provide us with the entertainment.
