These Disability Inclusion Training options are self-paced or facilitated, online or in person. They are designed for service providers, public and private organisations, and individuals who want to enhance their understanding of disability inclusion.
Disability Inclusion Matters
3 hours facilitated training
Diversity exists in our world and inclusion for all ensures everybody has a sense of belonging and is considered a valuable member of society.
This facilitated highly interactive workshop can be run online or in person for a maximum of 20 participants at one time. Our experienced facilitators guide employers and employees to better understand genuine disability inclusion and diversity through learning about its benefits, the nature of disability, breaking down stigma and bias, and acquiring new knowledge to build inclusivity and develop sustainable employment processes.

Disability Inclusion eLearning
Do you or your staff want to know more about disability inclusion and prefer self-paced learning?
This approximately 2-hour self-paced eLearning course is designed for any organisation, disability service provider and individuals with or without disability, who want to enhance their understanding of disability inclusion.
The course aims to enable honest, open discussion and learning, to assist us in working toward the full inclusion of people with disability. It will challenge mindsets and behaviours and help you build on your current knowledge and explore new ways of thinking and acting.
On completion of this course, you will understand how stigmas, behaviours, language, and environments can impact people with disability all while providing examples of changes you and the people around you can make to be more inclusive.
